good and safe neighborhood, 7-eleven, ATM and street food right outside. very friendly and helpful staff (24/7 service), daily cleaning and water + toilet paper delivery, big and clean room with a hard bed (for me perfect). WIFI is stable and fast. the guests are also friendly, not loud. overall good price and suitable for long-term stay (the cleaning staff always respected the "do not disturb" sign and quietly put the water delivery at your door). they have a very cute small and friendly cat in the lobby (3 colored 'lucky cat'). i hope the cat grows up strong and healthy. everyone treats the cat nicely, they are good people who work there. BTS is 15-20 minute walk but there are moto taxi outside (5 minute ride to BTS). It is close to On Nut Plaza (5 minute walk) where you find many restaurants, street food, daily necessities like post office, hair dresser etc. During christmas time they had beautiful light installations, very magical feeling. In On Nut Plaza, I recommend the second hand store and animal café (they have 2 raccoons and many dogs, cats & more, it is very cute)

It is pretty clean and rooms have great size with a balcony and brightness.size of the double bed is huge makes you feel comfy. Staff are friendly and warm despite previous comments about location is pretty local and that's what makes it interesting. Less a minute access to supermarket and local foods and short distance to shopping mall.

A great choise price-quality hotel! It has great big rooms with all needs in centre of Suvarnabhumi, it has style and some luxery for a VERY effordable price, a really worthy one! Also for Arrivals from BKK its a great choise, book a GRAB, have great rest after Ur trip!

I like this hotel, actually each time I go to Bangkok I pick this 1 except when it is full. Room with many space with balcon

Everything. Spacious rooms. Lovely staff. 7/11 directly across the road. Close enough to metro. Massive bed. Faultless.
